2006 BMW 750 LI 7-series in Roanoke, VA

Just had this serviced at Ferman BMW 27 point inspection no problems, I also wanted to verify the mileage.This car runs and drives wonderfull, we had to jump start this car which was done inproperly resulting in all the dash accessory lights staying on(see photo) and the mileage flashing 9's. However I had the mileage verified through BMW the codes need to be reset. The A/C works great, the face plate for the radio has been misplaced there is a nic on the paint below the drivers door handle also a small ding on right back door(I tried to take a photo but it did come out as its pretty small but wanted to share all details of this lovely car we have enjoyed so much)I found two other very minor dings on passenger door to small for picture.Also see photo below the back tail light covers could be replaced I see small cracking on both sides. The interior is in great shape there are no tears in the leather seats the interior is mint.
