Youth Care Supervisor in Roanoke, VA

Human Services Youth Care Supervisor Roanoke Valley Juvenile Detention Center seeks experienced supervisor to monitor, direct and lead subordinate personnel in the delivery of day-to-day detention services in a secure residential facility. Job necessitates graduation from an accredited college or university with major course work in psychology, social work, sociology, special education or related allied profession; or a high-school degree or equivalent plus 3yrs of demonstrated successful background in the care and supervision of maladjusted juveniles, 2 years of which have been within a residential environment, and 2yrs of full-time employee supervision background.
